  • "Two family members and I went to Charlotte for a basketball game, and I was very lucky to find this place! The property is in an attractive, well-maintained residential building just outside Downtown Charlotte. We found the neighborhood quiet, and it felt safe for all of us. Parking my truck was easy, with a parking pass available immediately. The property itself could not have been more perfect, and I can think of many fine features to post here. The three of us each had our own room, all comfortable with clean beds and linens. The living area had a nice television with tasteful furniture...it was immediately attractive upon walking in the front door. The kitchen was modern with any feature that could be asked for (I especially loved having crushed ice available at any time!). The attention to detail that the hosts have given to this property has earned my respect...they are responsive hosts who truly care about the quality of their guests' experience."

  • "One of the best places I’ve stayed in so far!It is near lots of restaurants, and I was even able to get a manicure across the street at a cute upscale nail shop - so that was a plus! The apartment is surprisingly very spacious! I loved the simplicity of the decor and when I tell you it’s clean….its spotless!!Jac was prompt with response to any questions or concerns that I had and very accommodating to my last minute request to check in a bit earlier. I would definitely stay here in the future if I can."

  • "Jac's place was AMAZING. We came for a Real Estate conference and everything was in the area that we needed. The place was very clean and it felt like home. There are a ton of places to eat and there’s a CVS up the street too. Jac was responsive and checked in with us, which we loved. The communication was superb!!! This would be a place I would love to come back to each and every time we come to town. The beds and pillows felt like heaven. The balcony had a great view. The building was very quiet which we appreciated. It also has all the amenities you need. The price was great as well for the 4 of us. We told our colleagues about the stay and they mentioned booking with Jac for future conventions. Thank you Jac."

  • "Stayed two nights at Jac's place and it was excellent. Perfect location as we were attending an event a block away. Very nice building and we absolutely LOVED the apartment. It was squeaky clean and I loved the layout. The kitchen/living/dining are in the middle with two bedrooms on both sides. Jac's communication was excellent and was very helpful with any questions I had. Would highly recommend. We felt right at home."
